Creating a Website: Portfolio Page

Today I am setting my portfolio/gallery page, I will add my project work which I did for this term for assessment in this page .

I opened my Wix account and clicked on 'Pages and Menu' and the 'Portfolio'.

Then I added new page by clicking 'Pages and Menu' and then clicked on 'Add Menu Item'. Then I clicked on 'New Page' and changed the name of this page to my project name. Then I made this page as a subpage by clicking on three dots and then chose 'Subpage'.

Then I changed the background color to match with rest of my website. I changed the background color by clicking on the background then I clicked ' Change Background' in the drop-down box. I chose the shade of beige color that is the same as the rest of site.

Then I added title and description to the page. I added title by clicking on the 'Add Button' in the left hand tools menu and chose 'Heading 1' for title and a 'Small Paragraph' for the description. I clicked on 'Edit Text' and changed the font to Basic and font size to 50pts for my title. Then I changed the paragraph font size to 25pts and font type to Cormorant Garamond Light. Then I clicked on 'Add Button' and clicked 'Add Image' and uploaded an image that 2D view of my design.

Then I did the same process in project page I added a title and a small paragraph that written a description of my project. Then I designed design board in 'Photoshop'. I did 9 design boards that include concept, location information , client profile, materials and sustainability, floor plan , interior views of rooms and references. I added all of this in the gallery which is in portfolio page. I selected my gallery design by clicking by 'Settings' and then 'Layout'.

My next step was adding a button for my front Portfolio page that links to my project. I did this by clicking on 'Add' then 'Button'.Then I clicked on 'Edit Button' changed the text to name of my own project and then I added a link to the page that I wanted to go. Then I changed the size and color of the button.

Then I repeated the action above to create a 'Back to Portfolio' button on my project page.

Then I checked my mobile view and it seem good in mobile view too so I am not gonna change anything in here.

I changed the size of the header in mobile view to get more appearance in portfolio page. I checked my links and buttons in portfolio page and everything seems correct now. And I quite liked the design of  my portfolio page.
